We cook and sell pastured, sustainable and organic meat sourced 100% from our own farm, located at the base of Mt. Shasta in Northern California. You'll find beef, pork, goat, lamb, quail, rabbit, squab, chicken and other unique poultry flanking our meat cases as well as a variety of deli meats, bacon, sausages, eggs and more. Our skilled butchers can cut, tie and custom grind anything for you - just ask. Our restaurant offers lunch, dinner and weekend brunch featuring our meats prepared in simple and delicious dishes.
